We hear it from the time we're small; we can't really love another until we learn to love ourselves. We understand this intellectually, but we don't always know how to embody it. Yoga is both a physical and spiritual practice, and in this workshop we will use it to support your ability to move & live from your own heart. Each and every moment, as long as we are emotionally present, is a chance to practice & live your yoga.

Slow way, way down with a Yin Yoga class. We’ll prepare you for a calm evening, as we guide you through this sweet session. Created to instill peace in your mind and body. Join Casie Fox and Jules Spitzer live for a weekend dedicated to self-care and recharging the mind. This year’s virtual retreat is partially hosted by Wave Street Studios in Monterey and will incorporate live interactive online students. Want to video into class? Join our program interactively by sending us your video feed. Email us at wavestreetlive@gmail.com to learn more. This year we’ll be hosting the same retreat experience, but available - anytime, anywhere - as a virtual retreat. We’re offering live interactive online classes and discussions, video and audio recordings, and a community sharing platform. We’ll be immersing in nature, laughter, movement and breath to bring you back to your true center - where bliss always resides. We honor the Eastern historical roots of Yogic philosophy and practice, the long lineage of these practices we share, our teachers, and our teacher’s teachers.
